Should i download world of warcraft off the blizzard website?

im about to download the game, but idk should i buy the download straight from blizzard or should i buy the cd? i dont like waiting for things when i buy items online but i have also heard complaints about how long the download takes and it not even working at all.

if i should buy the cd, what would be the best place to buy it for the best price and fastest shipping?

and if i go with the download, can i play the game with my trial character? thanks!|||I downloaded all 3 off blizzards site and had no problems.

Yes you can start your trial account through the download. Through the trial you are downloaded all of the WoW original.

Then you can upgrade if you decide.

Then if you decide to keep playing you'll eventually need to buy TBC. It sells for $29.99 online but i've seen it sell for $20.00 in best buy before.

And you can download WOW to any computer for free, whether or not you have the license to play is a different story.|||I'd go buy it at a store. Wal-mart, BestBuy, and pretty much any other electronics type store should have plenty in stock. Be sure to check the box before you buy it. If the box looks like it has been opened then someone has probably stolen the card key from it instead of paying for it. It tkaes forever to download it from the site and sometimes it doesn't download completely which means you have to start over.|||Download is the way to go. And yes you can play with your trial character.
