How do i obtain the blizzard spell on Kingdom Hearts 1?

I'm currently in the deep jungle and just found out i need the blizzard spell, and i do not know how to get it or if i missed it or something, Some one please help.|||You need to get the 4th piece of evidence in Wonderland. Then the Cheshire cat will reward you with blizzard. Even if you've past that point, you can still get it. Hope that helps. :)
