I got my Battle.net account changed by some user who somehow found my pass/username so i sent blizzard a webform but they did not reply, i done a little research and it said i should phone blizz up, but im not sure how much it will cost me.|||Email them immediately! They might ask you to send photocopies of your passport, and then email them details such as your name, birth, etc.
Anything they wish to know, just email them. That is how I got back mine. I never had to call them.
Just say honestly what happened. EVERYTHING.
