Can Vivendi or Blizzard take legal action in this case?

Recently a Swedish company that deals with addiction released a statement that called Blizzard Entertainments game "World of Warcraft" the cocaine of video games and called it the most dangerous game ever. Can Blizzard or its parent company Vivendi take legal action against the company because of slander or some other legal reason?|||I would imagine that as long as the swedish company can back up their claims with studies, numbers, etc, that WoW is addictive, and therefore dangerous, Blizzard would have no case.|||I don't know... but I can vouch for the truth in that statement. My husband and I let ourselves get in huge debt (after being laid-off from our jobs) by divulging into that game to get away from our worries.

So yeah, it is the cocaine of video games for sure!

But it takes a person with addictive qualities to fall into that trap so it's not like the company itself can be blamed for creating an awesome escape for dummies like us that allow the addiction.|||World of Warcraft is a video game, not a drub. It is not addictive

The American Medical Association refused to acknowledge that video games are addictive. Companies that sprung up to treat "video game addiction" have recognized that a majority of their patients are NOT displaying addictive behaviors.

As for legal action, I am not even sure if international law addresses libel or slander.
