I have unauthorized charges from Blizzard and can not ever get them by phone. How do I talk to a Human person?

Our charge card has been used unauthorized. The bank said we need to talk to blizzard. Unfortunately I am on hold and they never answer. Tried calling for a week now with out any human answering. Being on hold for 49 minutes Help|||Call your bank back and insist the charge be reversed. Then send an email to Blizzard explaining why. They can call you - if they want to keep your business.
