How do I get the blizzard spell from Kingdom Hearts 1?

I am in Wonderland and i need the blizzard spell, but I already presented the evidence to the queen and i didn't get the last piece (clawmarks)|||Clawmarks is actually the one specific piece of evidence that grants you Blizzard, but since you skipped over it, you can still obtain the spell after you defeat Trickmaster.
