How long does it take blizzard to email you back once you've sent an account recovery email to them?

My world of warcraft account was hacked, I got an email from blizzard telling me to go the the recovery process and email them back. Well I did that but they still havent gotten back to me, and its been quite awhile. Has anyone ever gone through the same situation, and if so how long did you have to wait untill you're account was playable again?|||Funny i sent mine in 4 days ago and i haven't heard either. I think they may only work on monday - friday. Update me if you hear from them.|||i also have a similar problem someone tryedto have off with my paladin but i sent off the form with all the cd key and stuff like that so i should get it back soon the cheeky f**ker lol please also inform me how many days it takes for blizz to email you back
