Is there a way to remove my Blizzard authenticator without sending in all this stuff?

My phone had to get replaced recently, so I lost all my apps on it, including my authenticator.

I read online that to remove an authenticator, you need to send in a copy of your birth certificate, driver's license, etc. That seems a little over the top to me; are there any exceptions? Also, who knows the Blizzard account support email? The website is blocked at my work, so I can't find it.|||Hello there,

My friend you are in the same boat as me, bought a new smartphone and installed the app off the android market and 2 weeks later, bam, phone is wrecked and I cannot access my wow account.

I phoned Blizzard and after spending 20 minutes proving without a doubt who I was, they told me to email an image of my passport to them %26gt;%26lt;, I haven't got round to it yet.

the email you need is billing which I will add in the source,

Good Luck
