How do I use the Blizzard Downloader on a downloaded patch?

I had to download a patch for World of Warcraft on the internet, and it just comes up as a text thing, how do I use the Blizzard Downloader to make it work?|||After you download the patch from a mirror site, take the patch, and move it into your World of Warcraft folder. The Blizzard downloader isn't needed once you download the patch from a mirror website. The patch should be applied once you add it to the folder.
